Business Technology Analyst

Responsibilities
You will be in charge of project management and support of IT infrastructure, working with a diverse team including business users, SIA and vendors to define user requirements, clarify problem statements and close monitoring of reported problems until resolution. You will also provide support to local and overseas users on specific IT systems and ensure compliance with operational requirements to meet high quality service and delivery.

Requirements
You should possess a good University Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines. You should also have 2 - 3 years of experience in project management and analysis work. Working knowledge of W2K network administration and other desktop operating systems and administration of LAN is an advantage. Knowledge and experience in Cargo business preferred.
