Responsibilities
-Set high and relevant safety & environmental standards that are clearly understood by all staff
-Effectively promote aviation safety, workplace safety and quality practices
-Establish and maintain an effective quality management system for measuring and follow-up of safety practices
-Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements
-Monitor and adopt the best industry practices where applicable
-Ensure processes are planned, documented, monitored and evaluated
Training will be provided
Requirements
-A recognised university degree, preferably in Engineering, Science or Human Factors
-At least 2 years experience in Flight Operations, Air Traffic Control, Aircraft Maintenance or Aviation Safety work preferred
-Well versed in Microsoft Office Applications
-Good communication and analytical skills
-Proficiency in statistics and data analysis would be an asset
