Since first attaining certification in 2005, SIA Cargo has used Cargo 2000 standards as part of its monitoring tools for service quality improvements programs. As such, we take great pride in recording one of the highest scores for Flown As Planned (FAP) and Notify for Delivery (NFD) in the airfreight industry.

In recognition of these efforts, we are proud to announce that we have been awarded GOLD membership classification status.

Cargo 2000 brings together more than 80 major airlines, forwarders, and third parties in air freight and is a self funded non-profit industry group with the mission to create and implement the quality standard and management system for the worldwide air cargo industry.
