How can I arrange a shipment with
SIA Cargo?
SIA Cargo has a worldwide network of Sales offices. To arrange
a shipment or obtain information on our products and services,

How can I make a claim for my shipments?
A claim can be made by writing to us, and sending supporting
documentation that will help confirm your entitlement to claim.
This may include commercial invoices, packing list, copy of
air waybill, and survey reports.
Notification Period for Various Types of Claims
Total Loss We must receive your notification to claim
within 120 days from the date of issue the air waybill. (Same
as non-delivery)
Partial loss / damage / pilferage Your notification
to claim must be received within 14 days of delivery of the
shipment.
Delays - If your goods are delayed, your claim must be taken
within 21 days of the date the goods are placed at your disposal.
In all instances, action to proceed with claim must be taken
within 2 years from the date of arrival, or date it ought
to have arrived, at the destination.

Shipment Tracking
How do I track my shipments?
We provide you with the options to track your shipments: WebTrack
and WAP Track.
For Internet users, you can track your shipments using our
WebTrack. You just need to enter the last 8 digits from your
air waybill in the tracking field provided. Our system will
provide you with the latest status of your shipments.
You can track your shipments while you are on the move using
our WAP Track and CargoLine. Please refer to our Technology
page for more information on using our WAP Track and CargoLine
services.
I am having a problem tracking a shipment. Who do I contact?
Please contact us for assistance. If you click on the Contact

Can I track my shipments without the airwaybill number?
Your air waybill number provides us with the best and
most accurate method of tracking your shipments.
