With the launch of SIA Cargo's improved version of WebTrack on 26 September 2005, it is now even easier to keep track of your shipment's freight status while you are busy with other work.

Previously, WebTrack users have to check the SIA Cargo website to find out the status of their shipments. In the improved WebTrack, users can choose to be alerted immediately via email once there is an update on the freight status of their shipments for "Flight Departure" and "Freight Received". All they need to do is to enter their email address in the system to be notified by email.
