Singapore Airlines Cargo received top marks at the Federation of Asia-Pacific Aircargo Associations (FAPAA) award ceremony, winning the “Top Airline For Outstanding Service” award for the second consecutive year. The award ceremony was held earlier this month in Genting, Malaysia.

The award was based on a poll of national aircargo association members across the region. The criteria for the independently audited poll included overall value for money, uplift and delivery commitments, provision of value added services, overall efficiency and customer service.

Receiving the award on behalf of Singapore Airlines Cargo at the FAPAA awards dinner, SIA Cargo’s Senior Manager Industry Affairs and Mail, Mr. Tan Chong Beng, said, “Singapore Airlines Cargo is honoured to have won this award. We have always placed customer focus, service excellence, reliability and the provision of an optimum network as the foundation of our business. Not only does winning this award show that our efforts have been recognized by customers, it will spur us on to continuously exceed their expectations going forward. FAPAA was founded in 1985 and has grown to focus on the combined needs of national aircargo associations in sixteen countries across the region. It is also committed to enhance the growth and development of regional aircargo services.
