Singapore Airlines Cargo has won the prestigious "Best Air Cargo Carrier - Asia" award for the thirteenth time at this year's Asian Freight & Supply Chain Awards ceremony held in Kuala Lumpur.

During 2005, Singapore Airlines Cargo demonstrated its high service quality by being awarded Cargo 2000 accreditation and expanded its global network with the introduction of new services to India, Japan, South Africa and the United States.

Singapore Airlines Cargo currently operates a fleet of sixteen Boeing747-400 "Mega Ark" freighters on a global network that extends to 70 cities in 36 countries. In addition to dedicated freighter services, Singapore Airlines Cargo markets the entire cargo capacity of the Singapore Airlines passenger aircraft fleet on its worldwide network. Singapore Airlines Cargo is a member of the WOW Alliance and Cargo 2000.
