Carrier's Liability
With effect from 28 December 2019, the Montreal Convention of 1999 (MC99) liability limit for air cargo (22 SDRs per kilogram) is harmonised across all routes worldwide.

For the carriage of cargo on international routes, the conditions of contract on the air waybill and the airline's conditions of carriage will apply
