IATA CEIV Pharma Certified
Singapore Airlines Cargo is the first airline in Asia Pacific to obtain the IATA CEIV Pharma certification in 2017, and subsequently re-certified in 2020 and 2023. We take pride in ensuring safety, security, compliance and efficiency in the transportation of your pharmaceutical shipments. As a member of Pharma.Aero and Pharma@Changi, we are open to cross-industry collaboration to bring our pharma handling standard to the next level.
Quality Corridors
Singapore Airlines Cargo has also established quality corridors within the network to further ensure product integrity in the cold chain handling process on the ground and in air. Complying with standards adopted from IATA CEIV Pharma programme, this close collaboration with industry partners addresses the need for safety, care and efficiency in the transportation of pharmaceutical and healthcare products across key trade lanes.
Active Tracking Devices
Approved active tracking devices** are also allowed to enhance visibility over your shipments on-board flights, so that you can be assured that the integrity of your pharmaceutical products are safeguarded with end-to-end cold chain handling.
